Insurance & Financing Makes Caring for Your Eyes Easier
Do you have insurance? We are providers for most vision and medical plans and in most cases our staff can do the paperwork for you! Please bring in both your vision and medical plan ID cards or the member insured’s information so we may file your claim for you. Information we may need to process your claim should include both the patient’s and insured’s name and date of birth as well as any member ID, group, and social security numbers.

We understand that there are times when your insurance may not cover your professional services or the eyewear materials that you need and want. DeKalb Optometric is proud to work with Care Credit to be able to provide an option for financing those items that you need now, but would like to finance and pay for over time.
